Breakfast was good. Some of the staff are very helpful, especially Fina from the bar and Albert from reception. water area in general is fine: hammam, sauna, swimming pool with jets, two jacuzzis.. outdoor pool is also very good, views. It is quiet, suitable for resting and dieting or fasting. village is quite close by car.
There's no menu at the restaurant, you can only eat buffet. At noon it's fine, but at night, if you want to eat a salad or a sandwich, you have to beg from the bar to the restaurant as if you were asking for a favor. If you get something done, they charge whatever they want, for example, 40 euros for a salad and two sandwiches. The buffet is 25 euros and that's fine, the products are quality, but it's boring and you get tired. It's all unsalted and without sauce. It's all focused on dieting or fasting. If you go as a companion you die of disgust. There's nothing fried or pasta. The tables on the terrace are dirty and abandoned, no one attends to the terrace. The whole hotel smells of onions and garlic because of the broths they make for those who fast. At 10 p.m. there is nothing to do, it is boring. As for the treatments, they have reduced a lot and there is little availability. I couldn't get the treatment I wanted because everything was full in three days, although the hotel was far from complete. In the gym there are many machines that do not work. In the water area there are two empty cabins. Nobody informs you of anything, they just give you a piece of paper with the treatments. They don't offer you things, they don't sell products, they don't explain what might be convenient for you. It gives the impression that the hotel is abandoned and is going to be closed, it is not what it used to be. Older customers complain about that. They don't gain new customers with that lack of initiative either. That's a shame.

staff is very attentive. We enjoy their facilities and tranquility of the area. They have good treatments available in the spa area. We were able to check in early because the room was ready. breakfast is very good, complete, varied and with a good schedule (that in many hotels the breakfast finishes at 8. 30 or 9am); good quality products.
We could not pay by credit card (must be cash or bank transfer). They do not have a double bed (at least none of the times we have stayed we have been able to enjoy one). It would be nice if they had a loyalty card or something for recurring guests. [For the purpose of our visit, the location is perfect, but comment to other users that it is necessary to take a car to go down to the village as it is a bit remote].

Located on a peaceful hill amidst serene residential surroundings, this hotel is a short walk away from the lively town center. Enjoy a stunning view of the sparkling sea from select rooms with balconies. the rooms are neat and tidy with a touch of elegance in their decor. the lavish breakfast buffet, well-maintained spa facilities, and polite staff are a few highlights of this hotel.
The menu for dinner could be improved with more budget-friendly options.

Comfortable, peaceful, clean and luxurious. The hotel is walking distance to town, but aside in a lovely location. Beautiful healthy food too.
There could be better sidewalks going to town. I would recommend the hotel though.

Very clean and nice size rooms . The breakfast which was included which was buffet was very large and a lot to choose from. We ate one dinner there and it was very good! What we used and would recommend is the Spa!! Use of the spa was included and we both booked treatments. I had an amazing massage. The Spa offers a huge selection of treatments and prices are very reasonable .I hope the keep prices same!! The staff is very knowledgeable and that reason I would recommend and I plan on booking a trip and several treatments. I also like that they gave us robes to use when we checked into hotel. I travel a lot and stay at a lot of new and boutique hotels I really liked that this was a more traditional roomy hotel
that they had no bell man ! Someone to help us with our bags. I dont believe a 3 star or above hotel can consider its self one with out . It really would add the level and standard of class hotel is trying to give. First impressions are everything and to be welcome greeted and helped at arrival (sometimes after long drive and or flight) goes a long way!.. really conveys "were gonna take care of you" In our case it was late we were exhausted and though happy to get to hotel I was overwhelmed at the thought that I had to load all all of things and some how manage to get them to room. The elevator is soo tiny. We both have had back surgery and were very tired from the drive .. I would have happily paid someone 20euro to do it. We had a lot and was almost impossible to manage alone with size of elevator. I found it strange and a bit offended that there is not staff assigned at a hotel that people come to recover and medical spa?? Once we were in our room we both exhausted and talked about how we were surprised by this and for such a nice place.... It really would made a big impression and difference to my husband.

The hotel is well situated, offering easy access to the city center and nearby attractions. the breakfast buffet was diverse and plentiful, with many tasty options to choose from. the staff was friendly and attentive, going out of their way to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience.
The rooms were a bit dated and could use some modernization. the air conditioning was not always effective, and the hot water in the shower was temperamental.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel with enhanced comfort and quality services. This place is situated on a hill, offering stunning views of the natural surroundings. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing ambiance. The breakfast buffet was extensive, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. I also took advantage of the spa, which was included in my stay. The spa offered a wide range of treatments at reasonable prices, and I had an amazing massage. The hotel also provided robes for guests to use, adding an extra touch of luxury. I had a wonderful experience here and would highly recommend it to others.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The calm place Excellent staff nearly all of Them . One or two off The staff only talk spanish which is off course ok .. But .. they said they speak english but clearly Didnt understand and hang up The phone in The middle off My questions . I like that The hotel was old and calme but some of the special showers in The spa Didnt Work wich was a disappointment.the bubble pools where a bit cold and one even colder. Better if one was really warm and one really cold. Man WHO had water-gymnastik classes and stretchclasses was excellent !!:Both in knowledge , language and his interest in his Work and to give The guest The best. Most of daypersonnel in reception was very Nice and The younger guy working in nighttime was Also very serviceminded, taking good Care of Costumers even when he had to make more effort. Very Nice lady WHO cleans and fixed The Rooms WHO worked in The hotel For 32 years. Very positive funny and serviceminded and loving her Work. Man in dining Room very helpful to and Nice to customer. The man/ men WHO helped me With My bags nd Also Came directly to change My bed in My Room was Also very Nice , helpful and effective. All in all i really love this hotel and The ambiance and a very big reason For that is that The staff felt like a family and The hotel is very Nice calm positive and familiar because of The staff . Also The location With fantastico seaview is offcourse a big part of The positive feeling i have , The Nice Room With terrass and seaview and that The food was good For diet. The food could maybe be a little more taste. I missed alternative between dietfood and a la carte meny recipes. For example : mistlur everything on The menys starter and desserts where With gluten and milk. For a good chef like You have it wouldnt be hard to make a simple cake With only Almounds, egg and Witherspoon honey, coco sugar or something or just panelletas With better sweetened than sugar .
Se over here: A few staff Said They speak english but Didnt really.. Food could be more variety and more gluten and milkfree on a la carte With more taste compared to buffé that was good For diet but a bit booring otherwise. Some special Showers in spaa Didnt Work . Disappointing cause it was like a massageshower. Jacuzzis were not really warm and one even colder. Suggest make one really much Warmer and The second one really cold . Big Pool was a bit cold. Spa cold be open later and earlier cause its Nice to be There when less people is There and before going to bed and early in The morning before day starts. Thank You !

We loved the cleanliness of the rooms and the variety of food offered for breakfast. The hotel facilities, especially the Spa, were fantastic and we had a wonderful experience. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and made us feel welcome at all times. The hotel is situated in a nice quiet residential area, which made it very peaceful and perfect for relaxation.
Nothing is perfect.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and loved the cozy atmosphere and Xmas decorations. The breakfast spread was delightful with fresh pastries and a variety of fruits. The location was ideal, overlooking the sea and within walking distance to the town center. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Some of the shower facilities were not working properly and the bubble pools were not warm enough. The lack of towelling slippers in the spa area was also frustrating.
